In 2008 ist Concepts & Services Consulting in der Person Gangolf Feiter den ISO TC204 ITS Arbeitsgruppen beigetreten. In 2011 folgte Thomas Loosen.

V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) communication is the passing of information from a vehicle to any entity that may affect the vehicle, and viceversa. It is a vehicular communication system that incorporates other more specific types of communication as V2I (Vehicle-to-Infrastructure), V2V (Vehicle-to-vehicle), V2P (Vehicle-to-Pedestrian), V2D (Vehicle-to-device) and V2G (Vehicle-to-grid).
Vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) is an automobile technology designed to allow automobiles to „talk“ to each other. The systems will use a region of the 5.9 GHz band set aside by the United States Congress in 1999, the unlicensed frequency also used by WiFi. Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) describes a system in which plug-in electric vehicles, such as electric cars (BEVs) and plug-in hybrids (PHEVs), communicate with the power grid to sell demand response services by either returning electricity to the grid or by throttling their charging rate. V2D (Vehicle-to-Device) communication is a particular type of vehicular communication system that consists in the exchange of information between a vehicle and any electronic device that may be connected to the vehicle itself. |
